BADGES
All replacement badges will incur a $165 fee. You will need a government-issued photo identification (driver's license or passport) to obtain your badge onsite. There is no charge for address or session changes when all badge credentials are returned at the time of change.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All information is subject to change without notice.

All cancellations must be made in writing to attendeecustomerservice@worldofconcrete.com. Exhibits-Only fee, Breakfasts/Luncheons & Tours as well as the shuttle bus pass are nonrefundable. A $75 fee per canceled WOC seminar and/or $175 per Super Pass package, Workshop, or Hands-On Training course will be assessed on cancellations with requests postmarked or emailed through December 11, 2026. No refunds after December 11, 2026. Cancellation of certification exams and select industry training courses will incur additional cancellation fees.

WOC is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather or illness without validation that may affect purchased events including seminars, training courses, tours, certifications, luncheons, and forums. Registration for WOC is at the sole discretion of WOC Show Management and it reserves the right to accept or reject registrations and to cancel any previously accepted registration, at any time, for any reason, without liability to registrant or any other party.

During normal show hours, persons 17 years old and under will be admitted only with parental supervision - children 17 years of age and under will NOT be admitted into seminar meeting rooms. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. All persons 18 years old and older must register and pay to receive a badge.

Photography is not permitted in the exhibit hall without prior approval from the exhibitor and any images to be used for print, broadcast or any type of reproduction media must be approved by Show Management prior to being taken. No video or photography is approved in any education sessions. No video or photography is approved for resale purposes.

The use of Segway and Segway-type units are prohibited on the show floor unless the Segway is identified with an ADA placard.
