Fees vary based on business type, if you have questions related to the fee you are being charged please email registration@worldofconcrete.com.

You can register your spouse during the registration process. After you complete your contact information you will see an option to register a spouse. Check that option, and it will add them once your registration is complete. 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All information is subject to change without notice.
All cancellations must be made in writing to registration@worldofconcrete.com. Exhibits-Only fee, Luncheons/Breakfasts & Tours as well as the shuttle bus pass are nonrefundable. A $60 fee per canceled WOC seminar &/or $160 per Super Pass package, Workshop, or Hands-On Training course will be assessed on cancellations with requests postmarked or emailed through December 12, 2025. No refunds after December 12, 2025. Cancellation of certification exams and select industry training courses will incur additional cancellation fees.

WOC is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather or illness without validation that may affect purchased events including seminars, training courses, tours, certifications, luncheons, and forums. All information is subject to change without notice.

Registration for WOC is at the sole discretion of WOC Show Management and it reserves the right to accept or reject registrations and to cancel any previously accepted registration, at any time, for any reason, without liability to registrant or any other party.

During normal show hours, persons 17 years old and under will be admitted only with parental supervision - children 17 years of age and under will NOT be admitted into seminar meeting rooms. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Persons 18 years old and older must register and pay to receive a badge.

Photography is not permitted in the exhibit hall without prior approval from the exhibitor and any images to be used for print, broadcast or any type of reproduction media must be approved by Show Management prior to being taken. No video or photography is approved for resale purposes.

The use of Segway and Segway-type units are prohibited on the show floor unless the Segway is identified with an ADA placard.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE AT WOC
The shuttle bus service is FREE when booking your hotel through World of Concrete housing, powered by onPeak. If not booking your hotel through the official housing provider, you will need to purchase a non-refundable shuttle bus pass if you intend to use this service at the show. See WOC website for list of hotels with shuttle service. SHUTTLE BUS FEE: On or before 12/12/25 $60; After 12/12/25 $70.

Roller bags are not allowed on the show floor but there are coat and baggage check locations at the convention center. Coat and Baggage check services will be provided by FedEx at all business center locations. The charge to the individual is $5 per item.

Shuttle bus service to/from the show is FREE when booking your hotel through World of Concrete Housing, powered by onPeak, and is NOT available for hotels within walking distance for hotels. If the hotel is not booked through onPeak, you will need to purchase a non-refundable shuttle bus pass online/onsite to use this service at the show.

This policy pertains to all social media posts (consisting of any still images, video, and text), both live and archived, and for all social media platforms available. 

No animals of any kind will be allowed on the show floor without prior approval by show management, except for a service animal. The ADA defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to aid an individual with a disability.
