Children under the age of 16 are allowed in the exhibit halls on show days but must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 18 are not considered exhibit personnel and are not allowed in the outdoor exhibit areas, exhibit halls, or dock areas during move-in and move-out, with no exceptions. All young children should have a wristband with their parents’ info on it in the event of separation. This can be accomplished

Exhibitors can purchase passes at a discounted rate to offer your customers free exhibits-only registration to your customers, for more information visit your exhibitor registration dashboard for more information.
Your badge allotment is determined by the total amount of exhibit space you have purchased (Example: You have two booths, one 800 square feet, and one 200 square feet, you will be allotted 40 badges total.) There is an additional charge for any badges exceeding your badge allotment. Paid exhibitor badges are non-refundable. All replacement badges/reprints are subject to reprint fees.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
All information is subject to change without notice. All attendee refund requests must be made in writing to attendeecustomerservice@worldofconcrete.com. Exhibits-Only fee and shuttle bus pass are nonrefundable. A $75 fee per cancelled WOC seminar ($175 per Super Pass package) will be assessed on cancellations with requests postmarked or emailed through December 11, 2026. Cancellation fees applied to sessions with participation expenses i.e. workshops, hands-on training, forums, and industry training will vary based on contractual expenses. No refunds after December 11, 2026. No refunds will be issued during or after the show. WOC will not refund and is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather or health issues without proper documentation that may affect purchased events, including seminars, training courses, workshops, tours, certifications, breakfasts, luncheons, and forums.
SHOW POLICIES:
Registration for WOC is at the sole discretion of WOC Show Management and it reserves the right to accept or reject registrations and to cancel any previously accepted registration, at any time at its sole discretion, for any reason, without liability to registrant or any other party. During normal show hours, persons 17 years old and under will be admitted only with parental supervision – children 17 years of age and under will NOT be admitted into seminar/education meeting rooms. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Persons 18 years old and over must register and pay in order to receive a badge.
Photography is not permitted in the exhibit hall without prior approval from the exhibitor and any images to be used for print, broadcast or any type of reproduction media must be approved by Show Management prior to being taken. No video or photography is approved for resale purposes. This policy pertains to all social media posts (consisting of any still images, video, and text), both live and archived, and for all social media platforms available. Photography and/or recording of education is prohibited in all sessions without expressed consent of presenters.
Each WOC participant agrees:
I understand that photography and videography is only permitted with prior approval of the exhibiting company, education session presenter, and/or "Informa Exhibitions U.S.". Failure to obtain prior consent may result in the deletion of the footage from my device and/or removal from the show. I also understand there are non-solicitation and no suitcasing policies and will abide by these restrictions. The use of Segway and Segway-type units are prohibited on the show floor unless the Segway is identified with an ADA placard.
