First-Time Exhibitor Resources:
Recommended Promotional Timeline
- Use the World of Concrete logo and your booth number in company ads, promotional literature, and your email signature.
- Order your digital and onsite sponsorship to increase your ROI and help drive booth traffic. Review **Scam Warning**.
- Review booth space assignment confirmation email to confirm booth number, exhibitor ID, and password. Check booth location for any competitive issues. Contact your account executive immediately if you have any questions.
- Review the use of the WOC logo. Place a banner ad on your website, emails, and social media to promote your presence at WOC. Need a custom size or want to add your booth number email: lisa.liu@informa.com.
- Contact your account executive for more information on year-round digital opportunities to reach your target audience.
- Advertise in the World of Concrete Digital Pre-Show Planner, contact your Account Executive for more information.
- Submit a New Product (Paid Sponsorship) for the New Product Zone via your exhibitor portal.*
- Enter your product in the Innovative Product Awards Program
- Confirm your company listing is up-to-date before the directory and mobile app deadlines. Log in with your Exhibitor ID to your Exhibitor Portal to review your information.
- Contact your account for more information on year-round digital opportunities to reach your target audience.
- Visit the Success & ROI Center. Review resources and sign up for live webinars. Learn the most effective method to exhibit pre-show, onsite and post-show.
- Sign up to host a press conference. For more information email: lisa.liu@informa.com
- Review the Exhibitor Service Manual in the Exhibitor Portal for all order instructions, deadlines and all other show information. Use your unique email address and the password you create to sign in.
- Submit artwork for onsite sponsorships. Deadline: November 7, 2025.
- Register your booth staff and purchase free Exhibit-Only entry for your customers during exhibitor registration found in the Exhibitor Portal.
- If you are a U.S. Exhibitor with products/services that contain at least 51% U.S. content and are interested in exporting goods and services, please contact us for more details.
- Purchase education courses for booth staff. Email seminars@worldofconcrete.com for more information.
- Upload upgraded booth profile materials items (paid sponsorship) via your exhibitor portal.
- Order exhibitor services before the discount deadline ends. Deadline: December 18, 2025.
- Request a pre-registered press list to send press releases to industry publications and highlight your products or services you'll have at the show. Email lisa.liu@informa.com for a press list.
- Download the WOC Mobile app.
- Incorporate social media into your WOC promotional plan. Use these tips and sample posts and be sure to tag World of Concrete in your post and use this year's hashtag #WOC2027.
- Order additional lead retrieval units for capturing your leads onsite. The lead retrieval form can be found in your Exhibitor Service Manual or Registration Portal in the Exhibitor Portal.
- Share your onsite activities on social media and post on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. Don't forget to use #WOC2027!
- Review your Freeman Show Services bill and address any issues at the service desk before leaving.Visit the Rebook office to complete your contract and receive the on-site pricing discount for WOC 2028.
- Download new leads from exhibitor portal (upgraded profiles only) from lead retrieval platform and send follow up materials to contacts you met with during the show.
- Request post-show media list send product information to editors who attended the show for inclusion in their post-show news articles and summaries. Email lisa.liu@informa.com for press list.
- Continue to share your activities on social media and post on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
