In preparation for the World of Concrete, we want to ensure your successful participation and that you have everything you need. In light of recent shipping and supply chain delays, please make sure all booth displays, equipment and staff are available well ahead of time as WOC will not be able to cancel, roll funds to future events or refund orders due to delays in equipment, product or booth materials. Please note: Downsizing a booth after submitting a contract onsite is considered a cancellation and rebooking. Any company that chooses to downsize their space throughout the year, will need to rebook at the current published rate and may be subject to booth relocation.

Directory Guides (Domestic and International) & Unauthorized Partners of Informa Exhibitions, U.S. For several years, different companies selling listings in their “Exhibitors Directory” or “Fair Guides” have been actively soliciting exhibitors who participate at numerous trade shows throughout the country, including World of Concrete. The companies typically make it appear they have received your information from the World of Concrete and that there is a connection between their “guide” and the World of Concrete. In their information, they may imply that your company has engaged with their “guide” before saying “update your pre‐registered listing in our exhibitors’ directory...” or “updating is free of charge.” However, in the agreement in very small type is a binding agreement that automatically renews every year (some up to three-year commitments charging $1,500–$5,000 each year). Similar attempts have been made for housing, list rental programs, and partners of the show selling sponsorships packages. The list of official vendors that we work with are listed on this page or in your exhibitor service manual.
We are aware of several companies that are attempting to sell exhibitors the WOC 2023/24 attendee list. This is a scam. These companies are not affiliated with WOC and the data they are attempting to sell you is not legitimate.
