You can register your spouse during your registration process. After you complete your contact information you will see a section called spouse registration, select the proper selection, and the option will be added to the process. 

All attendee refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Exhibits-Only fee and shuttle bus pass are nonrefundable. A $50 fee per canceled seminar & /or $125 per Super Pass package, Workshop, or Hands-on Training course will be assessed on cancellations with requests postmarked or emailed through December 12, 2024. No refunds after December 12, 2024. No refunds issued at or after the show. WOC will not refund and is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather or health issues that may affect purchased events, including seminars, training courses, tours, certifications, luncheons, and forums.

There are multiple badge pick-up locations, visit our registration page for up-to-date information on when/where to pick up your badge.

Children under the age of 16 are allowed in the exhibit halls on show days but must be accompanied by an adult.  All young children should have a wristband with their parents’ info on it in the event of separation. This can be accomplished by them going to a Customer Service counter in one of the Registration Areas

Roller bags are not allowed on the show floor but there are coat and baggage check locations at the convention center. Coat and Baggage check services will be provided by FedEx at all business center locations. The charge to the individual is $5 per item.

Shuttle bus service to/from the show is FREE when booking your hotel through World of Concrete Housing, powered by onPeak, and is NOT available for hotels within walking distance for hotels. If the hotel is not booked through onPeak, you will need to purchase a non-refundable shuttle bus pass online/onsite to use this service at the show.

Photography is not permitted in the exhibit hall without prior approval from the exhibitor and any images to be used for print, broadcast or any type of reproduction media must be approved by Show Management prior to being taken. No video or photography is approved for resale purposes. This policy pertains to all social media posts (consisting of any still images, video, and text), both live and archived, and for all social media platforms available.
