You can now easily access the show floor, educational sessions, and scan in exhibitors’ booths for more information, all from your digital badge on your smartphone. Prior to the show you will receive an email with your unique digital show badge to access the event.Don't have a smartphone or need help with your digital badge - no worries. How do I get my badge?
Registration check-in has gone virtual! There is no longer a need to visit a registration area for a printed badge. You will receive an email communication one week prior to the event that contains access to your digital badge. This badge will be your access to the event. Skip the line and present your digital badge at any show entrance for direct access to the event. It's fast and convenient.
How do I access my digital badge?
You will receive an email and/or SMS message one week before the event containing a link to add your digital badge directly to your mobile device. If you need to update the email address associated with your registration or need to have the communication resent, please reach out to our customer service team at 866.860.1983 (M-F 9am - 5pm CDT) or email.
Do I need to download a mobile app to get access to my ticket? No, the digital badge uses your device's mobile wallet functionality and does not require a stand-alone mobile app. Use the link in your digital ticket email to add the ticket directly to your device.

Can my badge be shared with my colleagues or guest?
No, your digital ticket is unique to your registration. Each attendee or guest will need to register to get access to their digital ticket.
All replacement digital badges will incur a $105 fee. You will need a government-issued photo identification (driver's license or passport). There is no chargefor address or session changes when all badge credentials are returned at the time of change.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All information is subject to change without notice. All attendee refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] Exhibits-Only fee and shuttle bus pass are nonrefundable. A $40 fee per cancelled seminar & /or $125 per Super Pass package, Workshop, or Hands-on Training course will be assessed on cancellations with requests postmarked or emailed through May 10, 2021. No refunds after May 10. No refunds issued at or after the show. WOC is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather that may affect purchased events, including seminars, training courses, tours, certifications, luncheons, and forums.
SHOW POLICIES: Registration for WOC is at the sole discretion of WOC Show Management and it reserves the right to accept or reject registrations and to cancel any previously accepted registration, at any time at its sole discretion, for any reason, without liability to registrant or any other party. During normal show hours, persons 17 years old and under will be admitted only with parental supervision – children 17 years of age and under will NOT be admitted into seminar meeting rooms. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Persons 18 years old and over must register and pay in order to receive a badge.
Photography is not permitted in the exhibit hall without prior approval from the exhibitor and any images to be used for print, broadcast or any type of reproduction media must be approved by Show Management prior to being taken. No video or photography is approved for resale purposes. This policy pertains to all social media posts (consisting of any still images, video, and text), both live and archived, and for all social media platforms available.

I understand that photography and videography is only permitted with prior approval of the exhibiting company and/or "Informa Exhibitions U.S.". Failure to obtain prior consent may result in the deletion of the footage from my device and/or removal from the show.
I also understand there are non-solicitation and no suitcasing policies and will abide by these restrictions.
The use of Segway and Segway-type units are prohibited on the show floor unless the Segway is identified with an ADA placard.
