Continuing Education Approvals

Continuing education hours will be provided for all 2016 World of Concrete Education Program 3-Hour, 4-Hour and 90-Minute seminars. Designated approvals are reflected in each seminar description. Online Certificates of Completion reflecting continuing education hours are available approximately 7- 8 weeks after the show.

American Institute of Architects Continuing Education Systems (AIA/CES) is the voice of the architecture profession dedicated to serving its members, advancing their value and improving the quality of the construction environment. All WOC Education Program seminars (3-hr, 4-hr, 90-min) are submitted to AIA/CES for learning units (LU’s). Informa Educational Provider No. 40107926.  

Architects will need to sign in with their AIA number at each seminar attended in order to receive their LU’s.


Professional Development Hours (PDHs) is a nationally recognized unit of record in non-credit professional development programs. Participants will receive a self-reporting form at each meeting room for tracking the seminars they complete and the amount of credit earned.
Engineers are responsible for submitting the participant form with certificate of completion and other appropriate course documents to their respective state agencies for PDH approvals.


Mason Contractors Association of America has developed a National Masonry Certification program to promote and provide a tool for measuring masonry industry professionalism and quality. Informa Exhibitions has been approved as an educational provider. Select technical, safety and business courses have been approved for MCAA credits.  

MCAA members will need to sign in with their ID number at each approved seminar to receive credit.


Tilt-Up Concrete Association in conjunction with ACI Certification Department allows attendees to participate in designated sessions at the World of Concrete in order to fulfill recertification requirements for ACI Tilt-Up Technician and ACI Tilt-Up Supervisor. Participants will receive a self-reporting form at each approved course.

Those seeking credit for courses approved for TCA recertification will need to submit the TCA Verification Form directly to the ACI Certification Department.

World of Concrete Certificate of Completion


The Certificate of Completion is a record of attendance reflecting each individual WOC 3-hour, 4-hour or 90-minute seminar attended and the continuing education hours received. In 2007, WOC launched an Online Certificate Retrieval System whereby attendees can go online and view/print their seminar attendance certificates.


Electronic Certificates will be available approximately 7-8 weeks after the show. A notification email is sent to all verified attendees in the education program with instructions for retrieving the certificates. To ensure receipt of this notification be sure to use a unique email address when registering for WOC Education Program seminars.

Obtaining Your WOC Seminar Certificates

Attendees may retrieve electronic certificates from WOC 2007 – 2015 through the WOC website, Click on “Sign In” and enter your last name and Registration ID number from any year you attended the World of Concrete. All years with appropriate certificates will be reflected under the "Education" tab.
