WOC IMAGE AND VIDEO POLICY

The use of megaphones, loudspeakers, or other devices, to attract attention is prohibited. Recording, filming, taping with video equipment on the Exhibition grounds is prohibited without the permission of WOC Show Management and the exhibitor being recorded. Exhibitors shall be responsible for securing any and all necessary releases for any performances, displays or other uses of copyrighted works, patented inventions or other intellectual property. WOC Show Management is authorized to record and use audio/visual materials recorded at WOC 2010 for all promotional materials directly related to the promotion of World of Concrete. Radio and television reporters and cameramen must obtain an official Press Badge from the WOC Press Room. Filming/Photography and its activities cannot interfere with exhibit operations nor pedestrian traffic.

Only official members of the press will be allowed to film/tape on the show floor. If you plan to have a TV, radio or video crew you must get permission prior to shooting from Steven Pomerantz.

If you're looking to get the most comprehensive coverage on industry trends, emerging market sectors, the latest innovations, ideas and education, then World of Concrete 2011 has everything you're looking for! All members of the press affiliated with international, national or regional media outlets are welcome to attend World of Concrete 2011. Press members must register for the show and are required to submit press credentials for verification. Having previously been issued a badge for World of Concrete does not waive this requirement. Press members must submit new credentials each year to be considered for a media badge. Press Registration for WOC 2011 will open in September 2010.

Please note that we will NOT issue credentials to sales or advertising personnel, public relations staff, technical support staff or photographers not representing a news organization.
