Automatic Coupler System The Likufix is a quick coupler with an automatic hydraulic coupling system. It is based on two patented connecting components attached to the existing Liebherr quick coupler adapter and the hydraulic power attachment. With it, hydraulic excavator operators can change hydraulic add-on tools in seconds without leaving the cab. All hydraulic connections are made automatically and use a hydro-mechanical seal to prevent oil leaks and prevent contamination of the hydraulic connections. The system can be retrofitted to existing Liebherr hdraulic excavators with service weights between 26,450 lb and 88,160 lb. Tank, Tower, & Power Combo Both the MTT 20 and the MTT 25 combine a generator, light tower, and water trailer in a single compact unit. The MTT 20's single phase generator offers 19kW prime output and the MTT 25 delivers both single-phase (15kW prime) and 3-phase (18kW prime) output. They are powered by 31.5-hp Isuzu liquid cooled diesels. A 246-gal. fuel tank delivers more than five days of continuous operation. Concrete Drilling System The DMS 330 complete drilling system's V-groove roller carriage enables the motor and core bit to travel smoothly on the column and increases accuracy of the hole, which keeps the operator from having to constantly re-adjust the bit.
