You may have recently received correspondence from the above mentioned companies that referenced the World of Concrete trade show. The company that sent this letter, Construct Data, requested that you update your contact information in order to “keep the Fair Guide up-to-date” and will invoice you for their services at a later date. These Fair Guides are not a World of Concrete publication or website. WOC is in no way involved with or in business with Fair Guide, Fairguide.com, Construct Data, or AUMA.
World of Concrete did not supply these companies with your contact information and has no affiliation with them. Whether you decide to list your company in any Fair Guide is solely your decision. It does not affect your relationship with WOC in any way. WOC maintains its own records of exhibitors and produces its own Show Program and Exhibitors Guide for its trade show - World of Concrete. We regret any inconvenience caused by this solicitation, as well as the manner in which you were solicited. WOC had no knowledge of the solicitation of its exhibitors by these unrelated entities.
IMPORTANT: Companies must be manufacturers, exclusive U.S. distributors or providers of services relevant to the industry. Exclusivity will be verified. Show management has sole discretion to determine if a prospective exhibitor is eligible to participate in the event. See paragraph #3 of the exhibitor contract.
Space Draw Deadline is May 17, 2013 - Contracts, along with a 50% deposit, must be received at the Hanley Wood Exhibition offices by May 17, 2013 in order to qualify for Space Draw. All contracts received after May 17, 2013 will receive the post-space draw rate and will be assigned on first-come, first-served basis.

Select the target area that best fits your products to increase the quality of your leads.
Step 2: Review the Booth Specifications
Review the booth specifications to ensure that your display meets the Exhibit/Booth Guidelines. All booths, regardless of size, are required to follow these guidelines.
CORNERS: If you request a corner booth, you will be assigned the best available corner in priority point order at $150 per corner. YOU MAY SELECT UP TO TWO CORNERS.
Step 3: Pick Your Booth Space
You may request six booth choices. These choices are used as a guideline and not a guarantee of space. A PDF of the 2014 floor plan is located on the main exhibitor page.
Step 4: Start Your Online Contract (Available Soon!)
Step 5: Add Sponsorships
You may add sponsorships to your contract as your completing it, or add sponsorships to your contract later through the sponsorship gallery.
Step 6: Confirmation
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email with an estimated invoice amount. Please note that your application is pending until you receive a confirmation email with a copy of your approved Exhibit Contract, Terms & Conditions and Request for Deposit. The email address noted on the primary contact field will receive the notification.
Step 7: Payment
Complete the online or print application and then complete the Credit Card Payment Form.
