Exhibit Space Contract

IMPORTANT: Companies must be manufacturers, exclusive U.S. distributors or providers of services relevant to the industry. Exclusivity will be verified. Show management has sole discretion to determine if a prospective exhibitor is eligible to participate in the event. See paragraph #3 of the exhibitor contract.

Space Draw Deadline is May 18, 2012 - Contracts, along with a 50% deposit, must be received at the Hanley Wood Exhibition offices by May 18, 2012 in order to qualify for Space Draw. All contracts received after May 18, 2012 will receive the post-space draw rate and will be assigned on first-come, first-served basis.

3,000 sq ft - 7,499 sq ft = $29.00/sq ft

1,000 sq ft - 2,999 sq ft = $30.00/sq ft

Less than 1,000 sq ft = $31.00/sq ft

10’ x 10’ black hard wall space. Includes: 30” round table, 4 side chairs, grey carpet, electricity (110V, 5 amp outlet) and a waste basket. Inclusions will be adjusted if multiple units are purchased;price remains the same.

Step 2: Review the Booth Specifications
Review the booth specifications to ensure that your display meets the Exhibit/Booth Guidelines. All booths, regardless of size, are required to follow these guidelines.

CORNERS: If you request a corner booth, you will be assigned the best available corner in priority point order at $150 per corner. YOU MAY SELECT UP TO TWO CORNERS.

You may request six booth choices. These choices are used as a guideline and not a gurantee of space.

You may add sponsorships to your contract as your completing it, or add sponsorships to your contract later through the sponsorship gallery. GALLERY WILL BE AVAILABLE IN MARCH 2012.

Step 6: Confirmation
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email with an estimated invoice amount. Please note that your application is pending until you receive a confirmation email with a copy of your approved Exhibit Contract, Terms & Conditions and Request for Desposit. The email address noted on the primary contact field will receive the notification.
