Join the editors of Concrete Construction and The Concrete Producer on this exclusive informative editorial tour of the Hoover Dam and the Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. Learn about the history and challenges that concrete contractors overcame to build these iconic structures
The guided tour will includes a visit to the a special viewing site of the bridge (weather permitting), a special group presentation in an auditorium in the Hoover Dam Visitor’s center by industry experts describing how the bridge was constructed and historical significance of concrete construction on the Bridge and a WOC-exclusive Powerplant Tour of the Dam’s inner workings.
Hanley Wood will provide bus transportation to both sites, Tour tickets to the Powerplant Tour, a WOC commemorative item, and box lunch. Book early for this ‘always sold-out’ event.
Registration will open in September.
Pick-up and drop-off at Door 9, back of Grand Concourse of the Convention Center.
